Our purchase has only progressed to the memorandum of sale stage so my review covers the process up to this point. All our interaction has been with Sandrine and Julie, both have been great to work with. Sandrine handled the communications and they were all clear and effective, responses were prompt and informative and when she wasn’t available to answer she had an out message and someone else in the team helped just as quickly. Overall I found the interaction (so far) to be very professional and efficient with great communication…much appreciated!
