We’ve been incredibly impressed with the service at Peter Alan. We began March incredibly frustrated with the service from another estate/rental agents who seemed to be unconcerned whether they sold or rented out our property and who didn’t seem to feel the need to inform us or update at all. We’ve ended March so impressed with the exceptional service at PA, especially by Niall, that we’ve not only rented the property out with them but have transferred two more of our tenants to them. We’ve been continually updated with progress, the process was explained well with Niall going out of his way to bring documents to us and our tenants for signing and even arranging keys to be collected from our previous agent. He’s worked late and at weekends to ensure the handovers have gone smoothly and his work ethic is exceptional. Outstanding service, highly recommend
