Pretty good when you're looking for somewhere to rent but completely useless after you've given them your money. Numerous issues with the property, some of which have gone unresolved for over six months. I have had to chase them repeatedly (which is difficult for me due to disability) often with no response whatsoever. Doors which don't fit/close, leaks, plumbing which airlocks all the time, broken radiator thermostat, ancient failing shower alternating between hot and cold, an ancient boiler which took 5-6 attempts to repair (and which the engineer noted should've just been replaced years ago). Very much fulfilling the stereotype of bad letting agents.

Terrible customer service. I was hung up on by a very rude and unhelpful woman named Alison Aitken. I also had to fight for my deposit back(which I still haven't received).
