A mixed review. Tom Wright in lettings: fantastic. He salvaged a professional relationship I was ready to abandon. Everyone else: Meh. Their lack of accountability & poor comms were the reasons I’d gotten to that point. Businesses like this need people with good customer skills higher up, overseeing the teams. Hope that happens.

However the target sale value was not achieved but good strategy adopted by the streets ahead team to generate market interest and reach close to the target value. Providing regular updates on sale progress was appreciated

I have leased my flat with Streets Ahead as from the first moment I visited I was made to feel welcome and the level of service has been excellent. I found someone to rent it within a few days of it going on the market. George and Sian in the lettings team have been super helpful and efficient and I have no regrets about using the full management service as they take care of everything for you. I also bought the flat from Streets Ahead many years ago so they have even serving the Addiscombe area well for a long time. I would definitely recommend using them for both lettings and sales.

THe staff were patient, helpful and professional. Getting my apartment was less stressful.
