Just want to say that the best decision I made was allowing Streets Ahead to fully manage my property. In particular, I have found Callum Hayden to be on top of everything. With a polite and professional efficiency, he deals with any issues, and often preempts them. He has gone out of his way to research, price check, and facilitate repairs and replacements. I am constantly kept in the loop while being buffered from any inconveniences. I feel very much at ease leaving the management of my property to him and Streets Ahead.

We dealt mostly with Marina. Marina was excellent. Streets Ahead were more expensive than others that we looked at but we felt that Streets Ahead were more likely to be well established to have a wide range of potential buyers for our shared ownership property. Streets Ahead arranged for great photos to be taken which made our property look amazing. We had regular viewings with suitable notice. We had one or two people who Streets Ahead screened for financial health checks to ensure their ability to purchase the property who were not suitable and therefore saved us time and later disappointment. Marina and her colleague Gary were also excellent at following up with our buyer and their solicitor to keep the process moving forward. If it wasn't for Marina and her dedication then our sale would most likely have fallen through. We were very lucky to complete even during Lockdown with the Streets Ahead offices closed which once again demonstrated Marina's dedication to getting the job done. Thank you. Matt

Callum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). He’s also arranged a temporary property manager while he’s on leave. All I can say is how professional and I won’t hesitate him to manage your property.
