Thank you Streets Ahead Croydon! I found a flat on Rightmove, was adding to the viewing list, and moved into my dream property a week later. All the costs were broken down for me in a simple, easy-to-understand format, and each stage of the move was so easy! My lettings agent Hassan was super helpful and even rang me on a Saturday to tell me I'd got the flat - he also gave me his personal number and was there at any time I needed him. He also worked hard to push the move in date to a time that was convenient for me so I didn't have to miss any time off work. I've never experienced such dedication from an estate agent before - if I ever move again I will certainly be returning to Streets Ahead.

Having gone through the wringer with dodgy estate agents in the past, Lucy at Streets Ahead has been a revelation. She's responsive, communicative and enthusiastic and, most importantly, doesn't bullsh*t you. I've also found that she actually listens to your requirements and tries to find you good-fit properties, where some agents will try to get you to offer on things you can't even afford.
