From the moment I 1st walked through the Streets Ahead door, Ricky Ramus has been a great asset in my property search. Unlike some other agents, he hasn't bombarded me with properties that I've already made clear wouldn't be suitable, but has alerted me instantly by phone & email each time something promising has come on the market. Although I've ultimately found somewhere with another agent, I can't speak highly enough of Ricky & all the Streets Ahead staff.

Kai at streets ahead was very engaged and helped to push the process through. He also put me in touch with Mortgage Advice Bureau and they offered the best mortgage rates. Only thing negative was both sides had slow lawyers so, my advice is to not save money on lawyers - in the end they all rack up the bill.
