We had viewed many properties during our weeks of flat hunting and came across a lovely 1 bedroom flat in Croydon which was perfect for us. We met Myles Blair at a viewing for the property and he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the property but also about Croydon itself as I didn't know much about the area.
