Streets ahead were great. From the moment we registered an interest in one of their properties their agent Faye kept in touch with regular updates and upcoming properties which were a fit for our needs and making sure we were one of the first to hear about properties coming onto the market. This made us feel it was an almost personalised service. Faye was so friendly and supportive through what can be a stressful time and we would always recommend her and Street Ahead in the future.

I had an excellent experience in searching for a property, during which my circumstances changed a number of times. The agents that I interacted with were professional and more helpful than the industry average. Faye inputted a lot of effort into supporting my search, making regular calls to keep me updated of new properties, whilst being continuously friendly and polite. We have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. My experience of finding a new place to live was made infinitely easier with the help of Natalie Sanders. From recommending a property to view (which turned out to be by far the best I'd viewed out of many!), to arranging the paperwork and keeping in touch since to provide any extra help, Natalie has been a tremendous help to me as well as a credit to Streets Ahead, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody in the same situation. What a fantastic experience! After a fortnight of dealing with agencies that didn't actually have any stock, or which completely failed to listen to my requirements, I spotted a property with Streets Ahead and made an enquiry. It had already gone, but Lewis had a quick chat with me, noted my requirements, and immediately sent through half a dozen properties for me to consider. They were all great, and I managed to get myself added to a viewing the next evening. I loved it and made an immediate offer to rent. Lewis kept me informed all the way through the rest of the process and IN LESS THAN A WEEK, I had my moving-in date. Thank you so much to him and to the rest of the team at this branch. I can't describe what a great help these guys were in finding us our perfect rental home - Our agent was Lewis Hay and he understood our needs perfectly. He quickly found us the perfect place in a beautiful part of Croydon, which despite living here for 4 years, I didn't know even existed. He was also extremely patient while we were being indecisive and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended!!!

Whilst I have not bought or sold through Streets Ahead (sadly), I just wanted to say that the company are fantastic and incredibly hard working. I was on my third estate agent when I discovered S.A due to them being very pro-active and putting a slip through my door. I was already committed to an agent so was not then in a position to go with S.A. Despite this, I have had weekly phone calls from Sean Ryan who was very keen to try and get my house on his books when my contract expired. However, due to personal circumstances and just not feeling up to the hassle of starting again with a fourth agent I hadn't yet got round to it. He didn't give up on me though! I received weekly phone calls from him asking how things were going and trying to encourage me to move my house to them. However, the calls were not intrusive; Sean was always really friendly and, before I got round to changing agents, my house went under offer with my existing one. I was really impressed with his tenacity and also by his genuinely friendly and courteous manner; I wish that I had gone to S.A first as I think my property would have sold a lot faster than it did! He is a credit to the company and if all the staff are as hard-working and as friendly as he is then S.A must be doing very well...... I would definitely recommend them and I will go to them first if I ever move again!

It started Ebi registering us and showing us a selection of properties and then onto Diane, who progressed the sale for us.
