Exceptional Support from Maya Dela Pena! Maya from Streetsahead made our tenancy search stress-free and efficient. She helped us find a 2-bedroom apartment in Croydon within a very short time, despite having only 20 days’ notice on our current flat. Maya arranged 4 property viewings on the same day, which allowed us to quickly shortlist one. Even after finalizing, she patiently handled all our questions, arranged multiple follow-up viewings, and coordinated seamlessly with the landlord for quick referencing and paperwork. Her flexibility was outstanding—available early mornings and late evenings to support us. In my 5 years of renting experience, I’ve never had such a dedicated agent.
