He is a great and friendly sales consultant who listened to my needs and made sure he showed me properties that were up to my expectation and affordability. @ Ricardo - Excellent customer services throughout the whole process in regards to my newly rented accommodation. Ricardo was very patient with me i.e. I was first interested in a place way back in December of 2015. Ricardo arranged multiple viewings but in the end, I did not take up a place at that time. I contacted Ricardo about 3 weeks ago and he was still enthusiastic as before! In the end, he helped me secure such a lovely place in Croydon (best place I have ever lived in!). Great experience. After a fall through via another agent Marina Steel found me a fantastic buyer very quickly meaning we were able to hang onto our onward purchase. Saphire King-Harris progressed the sale to exchange very quickly and we are completing next week. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional at all times.
