Goes the extra mile
Lavinia was extremely helpful for myself and my partner in finding a flat. She completed the whole negotiation in 2 days and got us the flat that we wanted at a good price. Thanks Lavinia !

Consummate professional and genuinely nice guy.
I have bought and sold properties with Mark and would have no hesitation in recommending his services. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, and wider issues which impact on the property market. He manages to strike the right balance between handling transactions in a calm manner and knowing when to be more assertive. He has real integrity and affords you the same professional service whether you are buying or selling. James is a brilliant member of the Crouch End sales team!
I have had dealings with Martyn Gerrard Crouch End for over twelve years and have always been very happy with the service provided by Mark Fordham who is now the Sales Manager. James is from the same mould.We had quite a difficult purchase due to some unanticipated factors.However James's optimism,tenacity,and proactive attitude was a huge support.His transparent honesty was refreshing,as was his unfailing courteous professionalism..For these reasons we rate James very highly and will not hesitate. to return to him for future trans actions and to recommend him and Crouch End Martyn Gerrard to others.

Well done
I would like to thank all the stuff at Martyn Gerrard @ Crouch End office for their good work in selling my house. I would particulary want to thank to Mark and Emile for keeping me well informed and I believe that they are very professionals in their jobs, and they took a lot of pressure of me. Also, I can say that their colleague who came round to do the video is very professional . Well done to the whole team !

Excellent service, excellent price achieved
We picked Martyn Gerrard to sell our flat in Crouch End from several local agents. Mark gave us a clear and honest valuation and we liked the personalized approach to marketing the property where we could input on the selling points. We were able to negotiate a specific fee based on achieving the top end of the valuation. I appreciated Mark's flexibility on this and his confidence that his team could get us a top price. The team got us an asking price offer within 2-wks and when this buyer pulled out were able to replace it with another asking price offer within 24-hrs. We dealt with James as our lead agent once the buyers were confirmed. He was great. Recommended an excellent solicitor, was pro-active on the process, and hustled it through in good time giving us updates all the way. Overall we were very pleased we choose to go with this estate agent and delighted with the service and sale price they achieved for us. I would highly recommend them.

Great - would recommend
Very efficient and prompt. Returned calls and messages quickly and very helpful in all aspects of letting our Crouch End flat. I would recommend these guys and they will be my first call when we need to re-let the flat.

Anthony Spittle - Excellent advice!
On several occasions over the past few weeks Anthony was on hand to provide excellent and honest advice on potential rental incomes for two properties I am potentially purchasing. I feel other agents I've dealt with in the past tell you what you want to hear, whereas with Anthony I feel it was sound, honest guidance.
