My roommates and I used Martyn Gerrard to find a flat. We were really struggling to find one since we have lots of pets, we were all students and 3 out of 4 are from overseas. Can Kaya was the letting agent we dealt with and he was amazing and patient in an otherwise very frustrating and difficult process. We ran into several difficulties with our referencing that was conducted by a separate company, Let Alliance. It was nearly impossible to pass referencing as a foreign student coming into the UK. Through it all, Can went above and beyond to help us secure the flat that would allow 4 girls, 2 dogs, and 2 cats to move in. :D Can was very good at responding to us, even when the 4 of us sometimes texted/emailed him all at once with questions about the process.
