Having used Manning Stainton Lettings for c.15+years, I had no hesitation in turning to them to help me with a property purchased end December 2019. Following my initial conversation with Sharron Kaur, I received excellent support from Kimberley Masters-Smith and Kay Duggleby and despite the holiday period, they quickly marketed the property and a number of prospective Tenants were booked in for viewings. A Tenant was found immediately and all formalities were completed within a few days. I'm very happy to recommend this team.
