There were some tricky moments with the sale, and we were very demanding at times(!) - James handled all of this with a calm, professional, experienced and highly focused manner. He took real initiative on more than one occasion in order to keep things moving - like physically popping in to the buyer's solicitors to find out why things had gone quiet for a time. We really appreciated his steady support throughout.
