I just purchased the property through Hilbery Chaplin . They helped me a lot throughout the process even after there was a undue delay from my solicitor. Still they remained very calm and helped me deal with my solicitors. I can highly recommend hilbery Chaplin. Specially Anthoney and Phil are just proper professionals . Thank you so much .

Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.

Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. Louis is very approachable and very informative as well. I have full confidence in Louis as my dedicated property manager. Thank you for being so efficient :)
