Feedback for Natalie Adkin - I can't give Natalie a better review - so lovely and helpful and this is coming from a buyers POV. The house I was trying to purchase did not go through, due to various reasons that were beyond the seller/buyer/estate agents control but Natalie still found the time to give me the best customer service. We recently sold our house through Manning Stainton. The Estate Agency service was OK, but the Move Managers Gemma Payne and Rochelle Sykes were the real stars. Throughout the whole process they were proactive, friendly and very supportive. They are also dealing with our onward purchase, and I have every faith they will see us through to completion in the same professional manner, thanks ladies!

Manning Stainton were a fantastic support to me when completing on my property this week. Natalie went above and beyond when a delay in completion left me stranded. She persuaded my vendor to allow me to store my possessions overnight in the house despite it not yet having completed, stood in the cold with me as my removals unloaded and was chasing the solicitors none stop to make my completion happen. I'm so grateful as I was in such a sticky situation and Natalie really turned it around (and prevented me from needing to find a storage unit at 5pm!).
