Straightforward, easy and a pleasure to deal with
Martin was really good, I had my house on the market for some time and I wanted to get it sold quickly. Martin explained the pro's & con's of traditional auction sale versus online auction, I opted for online. It was quick, easy, Martin really knows his stuff and it was really good to have someone at the end of the phone to explain next steps. For anyone thinking of selling your house at auction you should use auction house, you won't be disappointed.

Efficent but not cheap
I have to say the Service from Auction House was superb. You have to remember though you are hit with an upfront fee and a whopper on sale of your property of course all plus VAT. If the conventional route of estate agents cant get you a result as in my case on a commercial property I am glad I took this route. but would only use it as a last resort because of cost and of course the sale isn`t guaranteed..
