Fantastic agents, who deliver a much more person centred service unlike other agents who try to cram as many people as possible for viewings, and inevitably make buying a house a stressful experience, due to the amount of offers in competition. Bradley has been amazing. Incredibly friendly, approachable and genuine. He called us up after each viewing to get our thoughts on the properties, and if there was an issue he would chase it up. He is the reason we have managed to buy our perfect home, after taking the time to call us and book us in for a viewing, due to a cancellation. Thanks for all your help Bradley, and all at Mcfarlane. From my dealing with Mcfarlane sales and lettings I would 100% reccomend them due to the fact they they are friendly responsive and because of their due diligence, situations that arose not to the fault of themselves were swiftly dealt with. Having spoken to Tim at length, I instructed McFarlane to sell it and, bang, 2 days later it was sold.
