Chris has become my “go to” person of late. He’s professional and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. Very professional team (we dealt with Ben, Konrad and Caroline) and one of the better agents we have worked with. They managed to secure 4 applicants within a week for our property in Crewe at the rent we wanted to achieve when other agents said there was a "ceiling" in the area. The tenant moved in the next week as planned.

Marie Colclough is a star. Reported a fault with the gas fire in our rental property, she sorted it directly and without any hassle. Edit, dated after we moved out of property. All staff, especially Laura, Ben and Darcey, helped us in both moving in and out of the property without too much stress. The whole office, Marie included, were always on hand to deal with any enquiries and dealt with repairs immediately. The checkout inspection and inventory was completed the day after we left and they recognised the immaculate condition we left the property in and passed on the landlord's thanks and good wishes. Thank you, we wouldn't hesitate to rent a property via Martin and Co again.
