We rent from Martin & co , and the boiler stopped working so no heating or hot water so the same day we contacted Marie the property manager and Marie got a plumber out that day to see if it could be fixed but we needed a new one which she got sorted for us now we are all up and running that to Marie she is very polite and very helpful kept us informed all the way a great person to deal with.

Very happy with the recent level of service experienced with Martin & Co, and specifically with the assistance provided by Darcy Weekes. Darcy provided the checkout service between one tenant moving out of my property and another moving in. She managed the necessary repair work being done & the consequent monies deducted from the previous tenant's deposit. It became necessary for some negotiation to take place with the previous tenant which she dealt with expertly. Darcy is a real asset to Martin & Co and I don't hesitate to give her a 5 star rating.
