Reported a problem to Joshua about our property. Straight away he responded with some advice on what to try before a contractor was called. It did result in a contractor being needed but Joshua got this sorted straight away as soon as he got the landlords permission. Speedy response from both Joshua and the contactor Rob. Rob has been out to us a couple of times and his work is always professional and spot on. Within a week our problem was reported & fixed. Very pleased with Joshua & Rob.

More than happy with the service we had. Laura Pickerill was very good in sorting everything out in regards the repairs and keeping us informed as to who and when we should expect the plumber and electrician.
