We used Martin & Co as the lettings agent for our house in Crewe. I can’t praise our property manager Marie (Colclough) highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble! She was thorough, quick to reply and her customer service, second to none. An absolute gem! Thanks for everything Marie - we’ll miss dealing with you and wish you all the very best.

Wish I could put less than 1 star. In an attempt to deduct my deposit, they created a list of problems when I moved out. I found that those problems already existed when I moved in. I've already informed them and took photos of those problems when I moved in. How can they attempt to ask for a deposit deduction for some damages and dirty things that already exists? If you want your deposit back, don’t use greedy Martin & Co. - Demon, Vampire☠️☠️
