Fantastic service & assistance throughout

We have been very pleased with the service from Move Revolution. Our Primary point of contact has been Sarah Cohen. Sarahs constant support & willingness to help with any problems that have arisen has always been immediate & reassuring. Naturally house purchases can be stressful but Sarah's conduct throughout has brought a calming atmosphere, She has only ever been a phone call away & has created a friendly relaxed atmosphere that has made this experience such a success. We would have no hesitation in recommending Move Revolution to anyone else & have already decided to use them if necessary in the future. Others have been of great help notably Holly & Tom who have espoused the same values Sarah showed making you realise the importance of the whole experience being as smooth as possible is at the core of what Move Revolution is all about. It has been hugely important that this has been done in a friendly way that made us feel less of purely a financial transaction but that our experience counted as much as the end result.

Efficient, professional and delivered the goods

Paul and his team were helpful without being pushy. They were available on the end of the phone whenever needed and if out would call back promptly. Paul gave what I felt was an honest opinion on my property and did all he could to sell it. The photos and details on both his website and on Rightmove both did the property justice and when we had problems with our first buyers, Move Revolution were very quick to sort it. I would use this company again and would recommend Paul

Seeing our sale through to the end

Tom took over at a crucial stage of our sale as Paul was on annual leave. The sale was fraught with problems having started 7 months ago - not least because a 9th property in the chain was discovered on the planned day of exchange! Tom negotiated tirelessly with all parties and kept us informed all the way through. Without Tom's hard work, our nerves would gave been even more shredded. Essentially, if you want or need to sell your home then we'd struggle to find an agency better than Move Revolution. Don't be put off by their competitors' comments about MR being an online-only agency! At the end of the day, it's the personal touch which sells houses and Tom and his colleagues have this in spades.
