Sarah Williamson has managed my rental property for several years now and her service has always been outstanding. She is swift to respond, has an attitude of nothing-is-too-much-trouble and deals with tenants (and we landlords!) with great diplomacy when difficulties arise. She has always ensured that the flat has been filled with suitable tenants continuously with only minimal gaps between tenancies. Sarah is always very professional, efficient and friendly. Mathew and Lizzie were really helpful and professional throughout the sale of our house, which at times was a very stressful sale. Mathew took the pressure of us and dealt with the company we were buying our new house from. The photos of our house were brilliant and made it look like a show home to the extent we had offers made very quickly. Buying a new house is stressful for anyone but even more so for first time buyers who have no experience to help them through. Mathew was so understanding and helpful, as well as being very honest with us throughout. I was able to reach him easily whenever I needed to and he always got back to me at the agreed time when necessary. He's great to have a chat to as well, so different to all the other tens of estate agents we met in the five months we were looking. Good website easy to use

As a first time buyer, the whole experience can seem very overwhelming. Matthew made the whole process effortless. He was helpful and patient. He was very easy to get hold of with any questions and query’s that I had, and was always quick to get back to me if I had to leave a message. Thank you for your help getting me on that ladder.

Move Revolution have completely changed our perspective on estate agents - for the better! We have just sold our house with them, and our experience of moving has been so much less stressful this time around because of their attentiveness and transparency. We have had contact with most of the team during this time: Matthew, Lizzie and Ella, and all have been really responsive and helpful. We took them up on their offer of advice on our purchase, for example Lizzie contacted a colleague in a neighbouring branch to garner a local opinion on whether a property in a neighbouring county was overpriced. Her advice was so helpful in guiding my decision, and I was both surprised and grateful to receive it considering they weren't being paid to help us with this. Above all we feel they have been fair and transparent with us and our buyers. We have felt supported and 'in the loop' every step of the way, which in our case was very much thanks to Matthew being on the ball with giving us updates and communicating between all parties. We would absolutely recommend Move Revolution and would definitely use them again if they opened a branch local to our new home.
