Supportive with a challenging buyer!

My partner and I sold two properties with Move Revolution. I used the Crawley branch. They were very proactive during the viewing stage, and are property sold quickly. The buyers, however, where involved in a chain, and the time from the acceptance of the initial offer and exchange was protracted. Sarah was very diligent and persistent on our behalf and chased the buyer frequently, and additionally put up with my many enquiries! I would recommend Move Revolution.

Both Ross and then Sarah Cohen, Sales Progression were excellent in their dealings with me in regards to my house purchase. They both returned calls and emails in a timely fashion and Sarah in particular kept me informed on how the purchase was progressing. Overall a very smooth and stress free transaction.

The moving experience is 'challenging' at the best of times, and having worked with previous estate agents I must admit that I embarked on my relationship with Move Revolution somewhat sceptically. However, Tom has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. Always up to date on progress and ready to take your call as well as timely updates and gentle reminders when appropriate. He also went beyond my expectations when dealing with other estate agents involved in the chain and coming up with workable solutions whenever a problem arose.
