Sale and subsequent purchase

I'm not sure why I selected Move, but I am very pleased that I did. From first contact the service has been first class. Paul, the director, came and valued at a price higher than my expectation, but which was subsequently achieved. Great service from the whole of the team, initially Ross, but also Liam, Lydia and Abbey. Special praise for the follow up, with Charlotte, who has since left, keeping me fully appraised of sale progress, but also updated regularly on ongoing purchase, which fell through. However, with the help of Lydia White, another property was identified for me to buy and Lydia has subsequently provided first class service and support, keeping me appraised of progress throughout. Lydia has also followed up on any queries, even through solicitors, if appropriate. All round a professional , efficient and outstanding service has been provided by the team at East Grinstead. They have been courteous throughout and are extreme nice people on a personal basis. Finally the photography of the house I sold was superb.
