THEIVES!! Wow... what a horrible bunch this lot are. They took over £350 deposit off us and then tried to turn round and say we made a mistake when filling out an application form. The mistake was from a 3rd party company but this heartless company said they can't issue a refund on a deposit because the application has been rejected, the irony is it was from a 3rd party they used to review credit score. It literally cost them nothing, but they were soon happy to withhold my money... I'd avoid this company like the plague, and I've been advising MANY people I've worked with around the town to do so also. I despise people who are quick to take but never fair on giving back, especially when it wasn't their money and they knew it was from a family with a young baby and a mum expecting another, and around Christmas time!!! Anyone working for this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Useless service, agents don’t turn up to viewings and are difficult to contact. Left us waiting, did not follow up contact. I wouldn’t rent with them as a tenant or use them to rent your property as a landlord as they obviously don’t put any effort into trying to let your property.

Avoid Martin & Co Crawley, if you can: they are inefficient, slow and the person I had to talk to was extremely rude. The flat they have rented was not phone and broadband ready (they said it was), and not ready for any utility - terrible waste of time dealing with the paperwork to have the basic services. The person in agency would just keep on repeating - I can't do anything. And, yes, she is right - they can't do anything, they just leave everything to you. Two months now and still no phone line! Terrible experience.
