I have looked for a house to buy in Bishops Stortford nearly for a year. I found Intercounty estate agents the most professional and patient. Especially Jack Hills, Megan Izhod, and sales progressor Doug Whybrow were second to none in their help towards nominating the house to buy, put an offer, get offer accepted, and get the completion done. I would not hesitate to recommend them! They do great job!!!

I used to deal with Intercounty for apartment rent for half a year. I wish to continue but my employer has moved so did I. Kelly McAvoy at Intercounty was my property manager, she was my first point of contact to resolve any issues at the property. Kelly has been very helpful at all times, and very quick to respond and act. I would highly recommend this letting agency instead of any other local agencies, I know very bad experience from my colleague renting with another agent, he was dreaming to deal with Intercounty though. It was a pleasure to rent from Intercounty and in particular: Amy, Susan, George.

bought the property through the agent and experienced extremely supportive and accommodating need of the customer be it buyer / seller. Interacted with Jack and Doug and both are outstanding in terms of customer relationships and would mostly be available over the phone. Doug as a sales progressor helped us get over the line when there were significant challenge in connecting with bottom of the chain and chasing every day from pillar to post. excellent services with Jack available to honour our appointment we sought to visit the property at numerous occassions.

We have just exchanged on our property sold by intercounty . The service we have receved from them has been excellent from first contact, always keeping us informed. We would particularly like to mention Doug Whybrow who has continually kept us updated and worked very hard to get us to exchange and completion this week, turned out not to be an easy task! He was always available to speak to and had a never made us feel a nuisance . He was our link between our buyers, both solicitors and us which proved invaluable . Thanks Doug , we really appreciate the work you have done for us . Thanks to Jack too who sold our property . Would also like to mention the system in place for letting us know when the property was being viewed , It was very good, also the follow up to viewings.
