Burns and Webber worked assiduously to bring our sale to completion. In fact we received more help and support and updates from them than we did from our solicitors. It was not an easy exchange for a variety of reasons but Clive and Livvy worked round the clock and weekends to keep every thing on schedule. It is so reassuring to know they will pick up the phone and ring back asap if needed. We would not hesitate to use the company again and highly recommend a very proactive, extremely efficient and professional firm.

I want to praise the entire team at Burns & Webber Cranleigh. The cottage went on the market in the evening of 1st June. There were over 11 viewings in the first 3 days with 3 strong contenders able to offer over the guide price. I accepted a bid on 10th June. The buyers did everything they promised. We exchanged contracts on 21st June and completed on the 29th; the buyers moved in that same day. Even without COVID this must surely be a record. Burns & Webber's advice and follow-through was first-class throughout. I confidently recommend them.
