Gave me advice about my flat as it was going to be sold via a different agent, but the buyer didn’t have a mortgage after waiting six long months for them to tell us this. Well; to give a broader context and some background, the man himself, John spent a lot of time at my mortgaged property 2-3 years ago which I was keen to sell and provided invaluable wisdom and guidance on how best to perhaps proceed given my circumstances . Complexities ensued regrettably and fast forward to 2025 I find myself having very slick and professional dealings with the great team, most notably Charlie and Angela at my local branch as i entered the rental market. The team are proficient and to the point certainly never making a mountain out of a mustard seed and have been a joy to deal with. Long may this continue to be the case :)
