I spoke with Olga to arrange my tenancy, I am a worrier and freaked out throughout the referencing etc and Olga was fantastic, she kept me up to date, reassured me and even told me to stop panicking! Getting the keys was fine, a few teething problems with the property but the issues are with the landlord not the agency. Charlotte is my account contact and she is prompt in getting back to me and contacting the landlord. I feel like I have a good, reliable agency in my corner. Excellent estate agents We used Payne’s to buy a property and sell our property. We mostly dealt with Paige who was amazing very professional and efficient, always keeping us up to date with the progress on sale/purchase. Very knowledgeable about the process and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and she certainly went the extra mile.
