I was really impressed with Paul when he came to value my property. Very open & honest. The photos were the best I’ve seen. Ross was really impressive, I also viewed a property with him & I knew I wanted him to sell my house. In a difficult market we achieved what I needed. Paul was extremely professional dealing with the after sale, he was on top of everything until completion, chasing solicitors, estate agents etc. & ensuring the chain did not break down. I don’t think I was the easiest person to deal with so hats off to Paul for putting up with me!!!!
