They were beyond helpful with every query I had and kept me in the loop with the progress on my new property. The ladies ensured I had any and all information to hand and were always available should I call with any requests or queries in relation to the property. From the initial valuation/instruction from Sam to viewings accompanied by Penny to getting through to completion with the help of Carol and Angela, the team were very friendly, proactive, and kept me well-informed throughout. A special mention must go to Angela, the sales progressor, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always on hand to answer questions, kept everything moving behind the scenes and offered reassurance whenever things got a bit stressful. Very friendly ,helpful and efficient

I used Your Move to rent my house, I believe Sam did the initial value of the house and she was great. Emily then did all of the work there after, she was brilliant, quick responses and made it a very easy process! I was very specific on the type of tenant I wanted and she narrowed this down with enquiry’s. Great to negotiate with too. When I went in to office everyone was welcoming and helpful when Emily wasn’t available too. Thanks for all your help. Great service

A superb estate agents. Sam has been fantastic, she has remained professional but relatable. Arrived at the property full of smiles, and with a professional camera to take photos of the property, ensured that they were showing all aspects of the rooms etc. She has been patient with me whilst I made some other decisions on the selling process. Her colleague Emily has also been fantastic at scheduling the viewings and negotiating offers. Really happy with the service of your move and would highly recommend them to any other potential sellers or buyers.

Selling or buying houses can be tricky, but yet again Your Move (Consett) have made this process effortless. From the initial contact with Kirsty, to the Valuation with Sam and then finally back to Kirsty for the sale; the whole system has worked great. I work away so they have kept me updated every step of the way, completed viewings on my behalf and most importantly valued and marketed my house correctly so that it sold within 3 weeks of being on the market.
