I’ll first say that I don’t give five stars ie four stars is “top wack” ! I’ll second say that I’m at the sale agreed stage, solicitors actioned, passed from the Consett team to a named individual in J W Wood’s Sale Progression team which is based in Durham. I’m hopeful and confident that they will be as good as the people I’ve dealt with so far. I’ve been impressed by J W Wood, Consett. Welcoming and friendly but also, unlike some other estate agents in the area, efficient and professional. The situation so far has been fairly straightforward but any member of their small team has been able to pick up on the situation and deal with any question that I might have.

Satisfied with Wood's work on our house sale. Staff at the Consett office were helpful and professional, and also persistent (which is why I ended up contracting them in the first place).
