Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price.
