I have just recently moved into a home let by Belvoir. I found the service to be of a professional standard and the documentation supplied for the Inventory was the best I have ever experienced. It leaves absolutely nothing to interpretation. Everything happened when they said it would happen and after reporting a niggle with the heating, this was dealt with within a few days (it was not a serious problem, just something that needed attention at some point, there was no rush needed). All in all, my experience so far has been very positive. I suppose tenants are at the mercy of who has the property they want, but Landlords would do very well to let Belvoir look after them as if the professionalism I have experienced is replicated on that side of the business then they will have nothing to worry about.

I am a tenant. Belvoir Lettings have always been very helpful, they respond quickly to any queries I may have; nothing is a problem. The Congleton team are friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

Edit: BEWARE THE STING IN THE TAIL: The below review still stands. Generally good. Beware though the 'standard' clause in the contact that states notice must be given in complete rent months. We completed on a property on the 11th and because we pay rent on the 8th, we need to pay a whole extra month less three days. Hard to see this as anything other than a money making scheme as they were happy to start our rent on the nearest convenient day. I have been recommending Belvoir to several friends, but no more. Old review: Belvoir have been great. Really straightforward getting set up with a new tenancy at a difficult time (COVID-19.) They work in a modern way - all the documents, check ins etc. were all done online. They switched the utilities for me - all very easy.i Moving house is stressful, great to find an agent that makes it easier. We rented through the Congleton branch and were dealt with by Julie.
