I have been with jackson for a couple of years and I’m not very happy, they never respond to you for anything. You ask a simple question and they can never give you a straight answer. They are not helpful whatsoever. Do not recommend!

Excellent company, commision rates are competitive. Photo's of the house were brillant and very proffesional. Craig and his team pulled all the stops out when we had communication problems with our buyer's solicitor. It appeared she was phone shy, but after a difficult time we got there. Well done everyone.

I've been with Jackson And Co for a year now I've always been working with Ellie Cooper she helped me along since I was looking for an apartment when I was away from home until today. I moved into a new apartment this year and while Morgan the best guy in the repairs team was away I had some trouble with repairs "Billy" I had a broken sink and a stuck sink in my apartment so after the unblocked the second sink he started to ignore my calls and mocked me saying " I don't know what you are missing out on the second bathroom" while I paid six months upfront for a 2 bedroom 2 bedroom apartment he was so disrespectful and RUDE! Other than this person everyone else especially Ellie, Morgan and Tom they were so helpful in an unbelievable way!!

We recently sold our house through Jackson's and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Our buyers were challenging to say the very least however Debbie went above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly. Her professionalism was exemplary throughout (despite being sorely tested at times); she is a real asset to the company. The communication from Debbie (and the team as a whole) was excellent and we felt involved during every part of the process, being kept abreast of what was going on via regular phone calls and emails. Thank you to Debbie, Emma and the Jackson's sales team.

Ellie was one of the best people i had to work with, I literally found everything I was looking for and I asked for alot!! She was so kind and helpful, she also managed to help two of my friends although they were a bit late she still managed to find us some great apartments that were exactly what were looking for. My experience with Ellie was a complete 10/10!!! I’ll definitely reach out for her help next year

Jackson and Co were extremely easy to communicate with and to get a place sorted with. In particular Ellie was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and going through the necessary steps to find a place to rent was made very simple. All in all I couldn't recommend the service highly enough!

Matt was super helpful he knows how to deal with customers i would suggest matt for future as he is very knowledgeable i also dealt with him on behalf of my parents as i found out he left his previous company and now he spoke with me for renting he will talk to you he wont talk rubbish tell you upfront if the process can happen or not. matt will try find you something if he has a property available.

Would like to thank Ellie for all her help with my recent move. Communication between herself me and the landlord has been amazing and hope it continues should it be needed. Thanks Ellie

I've now been in a Jackson & Co letting for a few years. It was a great experience moving in, and I'm happy with the find. Tom was very charming and friendly getting me installed and since then the repairs team have nearly always been responsive and I can often count on Morgan to go above and beyond. I appreciate having Jackson & Co as friendly neighbours and I always appreciate getting a smile and hello from the team. Thanks for looking after the letting and making sure things got fixed while I'm here!
