They were patient (I kept changing my mind about certain things), very responsive to my emails and always had a solution to all my issues. Very helpful

Karen Titler and Lucinda Kane organised our rental for us. Both were very helpful and quick with documentation and correspondence. Lucinda was also very helpful in coming into the office after hours to give us another key when I managed to lock myself on moving day!

Lovely agency

I was a tenant with Jackson and Co from 2008 and found Lucinda and the team gave an excellent service, were attentive if I had any maintenance issues, quick to respond to any queries and made me feel valued as a tenant and I would not hesitate to use their services again. They also were there for me when I vacated and moved to Australia and Lucinda helped me to tie up loose ends and was very supportive throughout.

Best for a personal touch

I have now been a Landlord of Jackson & Co for over 5 years. Lucinda and her team are always very kind and helpful. I know that my home is in excellent hands and nothing is ever to big an ask. Sometimes as a Landlord there are issues a long the way but no matter good or bad news I am always kept in the loop.
