Professional, friendly and hassle free.

Central Housing Group provide superb professional service
Central Housing Group have managed my flat in Enfield for over 15 years now and I cannot praise them highly enough. The rent is paid on time every month. Issues are dealt with quickly. Their staff are superb. The annual management fee is lower than other agents would charge. As a result, I now live in a different country and know that my flat is being professionally managed and safe in their hands. Thank you Romesh and team.

Thank you Central Housing
I have been using Central Housing Group as a landlord for approximately 10 years, and have found their service excellent. They demand high standards in respect of properties they take on, but I have found that it pays dividends in the long run. Their payments system runs like clockwork, and on time. I find all their staff and directors very professional, and they inspect all properties on a monthly basis, which helps to nip any problems in the bub. They seem to have very little turnover in staff, which makes dealing with them a pleasure, even if it’s to authorise repairs.!!! If I had to choose 3 words to describe Central Housing Group, they would be Integrity, Experience and Efficiency.

Excellent and Honest Company. No hidden agenda

Reliable property management organisation
Our property is being managed by Central Housing Group for over 10 years now. During this period we have received an excellent service in managing the property. Any repairs and maintenance issues are promptly dealt with by friendly staff. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Great hassle free service
Guarantee rent scheme specialist, you do get less than market rate but worth it as it has been totally hassle free for us over 10 years. Highly recommended for their professional and efficient service received through out our time with them

I met Romesh, the co-founder of Central Housing Group over 12 ago when I first decided to rent my property. From the day we surveyed the house, I knew my property would be in good hands. I have been using the Central Housing Group for over 12 years now and the service that I have received is amazing and consistently professional. My property has been kept in excellent condition and I frequently receive updates and photos of the property. When repairs are needed, Central Housing would get in touch promptly and provide advice on how to move forward and offer their trusted maintenance contacts. So far, most of the people I have used have done an excellent job and the work has been very cost effective and payments from the Group is always prompt. Every couple of years the property is redecorated and is maintained to a high standard. Throughout the years I have also frequently been in contact with Joanna, who continues to deliver prompt feedback with all of the necessary details if a problem ever arises. Overall, the Central Housing Group is an excellent company that not only takes care the basic needs of their customers, but ensures a high-level of service! I would highly recommend them. Gerard
