Further to my original review of the guys who valued and sold the property Josh and James ( and did a great job with enthusiasm and professionalism ) i must give a big vote of appreciation to Victoria Grantham who is the lady you would deal with once the offer is accepted as she is Sales Processor and she is brilliant , always responds to any queries and keeps you informed of progress with solicitors and the buyers and basically smooths the whole process out . Any niggles are quickly sorted to ensure both you as seller and the buyers are happy and you get to completion FAST . She's an absolute asset to CJ Hole and cant thank her enough
