I have had such a great experience with this branch right from day one of signing. And even though I'm now moving I would have loved to stay with them as a tenant if the letting market and properties available where what I needed at this time. Even through the Covid issues this year Louise and the team have always kept in touch and dealt with any issues very quick. I would highly recommend this branch if anyone is looking to rent/ buy or sell.

First time ever writing a review on Google! But after the splendid service from Whitegates, I couldn’t not! After years of renting and hopping about from city to city, I have a wide experience of letting agents. I could sit and tell some right horror stories from ones that I have dealt with in the past but Whitegates really have been a breath of fresh air. Firstly, everyone in the Cleckheaton office is so friendly! Wether you’re speaking to them on the phone, or popping in, nothing is ever too much trouble. Any issues / repairs have been dealt with almost immediately (often on the same day) and someone is always there on the other end of the phone if you need anything. I only moved out of the area due to work but if I ever come back- I know who I will be coming to see to rent or buy somewhere in the future!! Absolutely 5*! Thank you!

We have not been renting long with Whitegates but our experience so far has been great. Amanda and Louise have been quick to respond to our emails and quick to resolve any issue we have had. Our home is beautiful and we have been so happy to renew our contract. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic they have been wonderful at getting in touch and letting us know what is going on. Cant fault them at all!

Fantastic service from the Whitegates Team, I emailed Louise due to us not having any hot water and i must say I was a little worried with the current Covid situation. Unknown to me Louise was on holiday but still responded to my email. I had a gas safe engineer within hours who repaired the sensor on the boiler. Fabulous response time and always so helpful. Have worked with the whitegates team on many occasions and have always found the team to be extremely helpful and polite, prompt replys to any queries I have had. I would recommend using them to friends and family to use.

Whitegates have managed my rental property, I went for the full management option. I found them professional, reliable and very efficient. I've had no issues at all, I would definitely use them again. They are a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable team in Cleckheaton who made my landlord experience run smoothly.
