As someone who has moved far too many times, I know how stressful the whole buying and selling process can be, and how sometimes, you wonder how estate agents can charge what they do! But, after selling my mother in law's house, I have a whole new opinion of estate agents. Stephen was just fabulous. Right from our first meeting where he sympathised with the situation we were in, to sorting all the details and viewings with very little needed from us, to dealing with family members who weren't quite on the same page, and with helping with all the little niggles that come up during a sale process - he went above and beyond. We can't thank him enough. Not least because he got us a great price which means mum in law can afford excellent care for (hopefully) years to come. Cannot recommend whitegates in Cleckheaton more! Amazing personal service, tailored to our needs. We feel completely listened to and accommodated. We received contact and viewing out of usual hours which all helped to sell our house to the right people at the right price. I believe Steve and the team genuinely care about the buyers and the sellers, they're brilliant and we really really appreciate the leg work they put into our house. Wonderful team. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

From the first viewing to the return of deposit at the end, Whitegates have been fantastic during my tenancy. Amanda and Louise are always at the end of the phone or email whenever I had sn issues and o can’t recommend them highly enough.
