They aren't interested in helping you once your tenancy is up. While your a tenant you cannot get shut of them but yet as soon as your tenancy ends. They do t want to know. I have emailed them twice now regarding out deposit as we are waiting on the landlord to sort it out. But havent had any contact back from anyone. Just been ignored

For the good of your mental health, DO NOT become a tennent with this joke of an office. Months of stress when I dealt with them, Louise the manager was of no support at all. Once they've got your signature and money you will get zero support. Read the similar reviews for confirmation of this.
