After speaking with a number of estate agents to sell our house we chose Robert Watts as they had a positive but realistic attitude, and we weren't disappointed. Our house was sold quickly, and communications throughout were prompt and proffessional. The only minor quibble I had was that the representative showing people round at weekends was not very thorough and rushed off before showing one couple around, although they had contacted the office to say they were delayed.

I've been using both the Wibsey and Cleckheaton branches of Robert Watts since 2001 both for buying and selling, and more recently the Cleckheaton branch as a tenant.
