They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. They've done the majority of the viewings, I had an offer accepted on my house in a week of it going on the market and then they've been great at liaising with my buyer. We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general.
