Professional, helpful and great service!

Gus from EweMove has been exceptional. From the start he's been friendly, professional & approachable. The process of buying house seemed daunting however Gus was happy to talk me through the processes and answer all (I had many) questions I had. He made it easy to arrange viewings and made the offer process smooth rather than stressful! He made it clear from the start that he was available anytime of day 7 days a week to send ant queries i had. This has since been tested a Sunday afternoon and true to his word i got a reply in minutes! I would highly recommend Gus to anyone looking to buy a house in the Hinckley (and surrounding) area. If the day comes when we are looking to sell our house i will certainly be checking to see if Gus is still available.

Gus was the best. From the beginning, creating a fantastic listing, and generating massive amounts of interest in our house, all the way to the end where he worked the hardest to keep our chain together through a very difficult exchange process (other parts of chain not being on the ball). I've never had an agent that is as easy to communicate with as Gus, answering texts very late at night at times which suited us the clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I would recommend him to anybody. We bought our house from sellers using Gus and have now sold the same house with him, so have seen how hard he works from both sides of the transaction.

Gus was a joy to do business with from our first meeting you knew he was on your side. His marketing was above and beyond what we expected quickly selling our property.

Firstly may I thank Mike & Tania Palmer for providing us with a first class professional service. Throughout the whole process they conducted themselves in a manner which left 'no stone unturned', right from assessing the property, marketing it to subsequent viewings, which led to where we are today -the property being sold. I am still amazed that the whole process took less than six weeks to complete, and at a time of the year where properties are the most difficult to sell. Estate agents have arguably in the past been stereotyped as a certain breed of people, and been portrayed as having a negative image, nothing could be further from the truth in Mike & Tania's case. Not only are they masters of their craft, but they are also thoroughly honest and decent people. Mike at Ewemove was just brilliant! Friendly and helpful. He took great photos and wrote a very thorough description of our house. It sold quickly and the process was very smooth from beginning to end with Mike always available. Having sold with other bigger agents I can’t recommend him enough - the personal service is fantastic and makes such a difference.

Thoroughly professional throughout the whole process of buying my first house. Mike,who showed me round the house and kept in touch throughout the process was a complete star. Even dropped the keys to me at work so I didn't have to travel to their branch. Nice touch.

We contacted Ewemove to help us sell our house, we dealt with Mike the whole way through the process and he was brilliant, such a nice friendly guy. The pictures he took of the property were great and it sold within 2 weeks ! The whole sale went through smoothly and he contacted me regulary with updates. Any advice i needed to make the property sell he was more than happy to help with which was great as this was my first house sale. Mike even met me at the house so I could give the keys over ! Been looking at buying my first home with my partner, had 12 viewings altogether with different agents. It's no coincidence we ended up buying a house through Gus at Ewemove Hinckley. We experienced the whole spectrum of agents: pushy ones, lazy ones, rude ones and straight incompetent ones, but from the very beginning Gus was brilliant, called me shortly after I sent the viewing request, extremely flexible, even coming in on his day off (Sunday) to allow us to view without taking time off work. We couldn't get access to the garage during the viewing so he made us a full schematic of all the measurements and a video of the inside of the garage, as well as a video of the house, which we found very useful. Gus was extremely quick with taking our offer to the vendor and we had the offer accepted (subject to proof of funds) within two hours. From there Gus has kept in constant contact with us giving us advice and updates, as well as answering my inane questions at all hours! After renting for a few years at uni and after graduating I had zero confidence in agents, but Gus at Ewemove has been incredible, couldn't recommend this agency enough
