Gus from EweMove has been exceptional. From the start he's been friendly, professional & approachable. The process of buying house seemed daunting however Gus was happy to talk me through the processes and answer all (I had many) questions I had. He made it easy to arrange viewings and made the offer process smooth rather than stressful! He made it clear from the start that he was available anytime of day 7 days a week to send ant queries i had. Gus was the best. From the beginning, creating a fantastic listing, and generating massive amounts of interest in our house, all the way to the end where he worked the hardest to keep our chain together through a very difficult exchange process (other parts of chain not being on the ball). I've never had an agent that is as easy to communicate with as Gus, answering texts very late at night at times which suited us the clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I would recommend him to anybody. We bought our house from sellers using Gus and have now sold the same house with him, so have seen how hard he works from both sides of the transaction.
