We have recently sold our house in Lichfield through Victoria at Ewe move and like most people purchased another that was unfortunately listed through a different agent. Throughout the whole process Victoria has kept us updated by regular contact with all parties concerned. The other agent just kept telling us they worked for the seller not the buyer. When we hit a few snags Victoria either advised us on what to do or simply sorted it for us. The other agent just never returned our calls. Even at the end of the process on the day of the move she was there for both us and the buyers making sure we were happy. The other agent couldn't be bothered Victoria did a fantastic job of both selling our house in the end twice because the first buyers decided to withdraw from the sale after 5 weeks, and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. This is the difference between working with a large corporate organisation like John German or directly with a the business owner like Victoria, they are aways willing to go the extra mile. Victoria Sylvester provided a great estate agent service for us last week. When making initial contact with EweMove we were impressed with her prompt and helpful replies to our enquiries. Viewings were arranged without delay at times convenient to ourselves with Victoria in attendance. It was also helpful that it was organised so we we were able to view without the vendors in attendance. Victoria has excellent knowledge of the local area and the properties she was presenting.
