When we engaged EweMove, Jade wasn't really in the picture for us initially as we had another estate agent in mind at the time and it was just by chance that we engaged them to come along and talk to us. Jade blew the competition out of the water, quite literally, and where she was different to other agents was she wasn't there to sell to us, she opened with why she thought our property was underperforming, she presented evidence and how she could turn it around based on current and future market factors. We'd not experienced this before and it was refreshing to hear. She then went on to explain how EweMove works and why she thought it would be right for us....fast forwards a couple of months an we are sold. We actually received an offer during a viewing and that couple went on to buy the house. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jade and EweMove as a whole (Special mention to Jo, who was just as wonderful in this process). We purchased a property via Jo from EweMove. It’s difficult to describe how excellent the service was, other than the communication was excellent, flexibility on viewing fantastic, notwithstanding the fact that following the unavailability of getting in touch with the seller solicitor in order to complete the transaction, Jo within 10mins has made contact, and made the necessary arrangements for completion.
