I viewed a property advertised and managed by C J Hole and was moving in 3 weeks later. All staff have been very responsive to any queries throughout and able to point me in the right direction of people who could help if they couldn't assist. They are very friendly and made being a first time tenant fairly straight forward for me.

Really poor service, spent more time chasing them, with promises of call backs etc. but nothing ever coming through. They then don’t update you on any updates on your application. Customer service is non existent and would avoid unless you like wasting your time.

No response after trying to arrange a viewing. Called and emailed 7 times on same property!
